KMM and Backer Corbett Merge

Details: King McNamara Moriarty has merged in Baker Corbett and Geary. The firm now employs 45 people in its Norwood and Foxboro, Mass. offices.

The merger and acquisition consulting firm, Transition Advisors, exclusively worked on the deal.

The entire BCG team will join KMM and operate under the KMM name. "We are pleased to welcome our new clients and friends to KMM. We truly believe this merger will allow us to serve our clients, our employees and our communities better than ever" KMM’s managing partner, Joseph Moriarty, stated.

KMM handles accounting, tax, payroll, and consulting services for clients in the Greater Boston area from its Norwood office. RKG Adds Bryen & Bryen

Details: RKG Tax & Business Services, an affiliate of Robin Kramer & Green LLP, has merged in Bryen & Bryen LLP.

Transition Advisors, exclusively worked on the deal.

The new entity will continue to operate out of Bryen & Bryen's existing offices in Marlton, NJ.
Bryen & Bryen owners, Bruce Bryen and Marion Hunt, will join RKG Tax & Business Services as principles.

"The addition of Bruce Bryen, Marion Hunt and their team helps us to expand our specialization in the professional services market and better serve our growing practice. Fuoco Group Completes Two Mergers

Details: Fuoco Group has expanded its operations in Long Island, NY and Miami, Fla.

Weisman & Co. of Long Island and Mullen, Howard, Hammatt & Co., of Miami have agreed to merge with the Fuoco Group.

“These mergers are but a small part of Fuoco Group’s overall expansion strategy,” Lou Fuoco, managing partner of Fuoco Group said in a statement. “Our major focus this year will be on increasing resources, products and services to offer to our clients, ultimately benefiting their long-term business goals.
