Personnel Profiling Inc. Joins MCM

Details: Personnel Profiling Inc., a Louisville-based company offering employment assessments and services to a national client base, has agreed to merge with Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP. The combination allows both organizations to provide a wider array of services and greater depth of experience to clients, particularly in the in-demand niche of human resources consulting.

PPI offers a full suite of employment assessments to companies of a variety of sizes and operations, along with leadership development, job training, employment screening and hiring assistance. These services will dovetail with MCM’s HR Consulting department, which currently focuses on compliance, HR systems and employee relations.

PPI’s full, four-member staff have relocated from their St. Matthews office space to MCM’s downtown Louisville headquarters in the Meidinger Tower. All of their products, tools and services will continue to be offered at MCM.

Janover Expands with the Addition of Radin, Glass & Co.

Details: Janover LLC has expanded its firm with the addition of Radin, Glass & Co. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.

Partners Arthur Radin, Elliott Glass and Marsha Ellowitz along with their professional and support personnel, will be joining Janover in its New York City office. The expansion will bring the total Janover LLC headcount to over 120 total staff including 16 partners.

Janover LLC is ranked as one of the top Mid-Atlantic accounting firms by Accounting Today. Janover, founded in 1938, has offices in Manhattan and Garden City, Long Island and provides services to a broad range of business and individual clients.
