Anton & Chia LLP wraps up its Tignino & Lutz acquisition

Details: Anton & Chia LLP has completed its acquisition of Tignino & Lutz.

"Tignino and Lutz LLP brings a tremendous amount of leadership and industry experience to Anton & Chia, LLP that is relevant to our objectives of expanding our North American west coast practice so we can directly facilitate commerce with Asia, India, Southeast Asia and Australia,” Anton & Chia’s founding member and managing partner Gregory Wahl said in a statement.

Ryan Acquires Altus International

Details: Ryan has acquired Altus International, a Netherlands-based international consulting firm providing transfer pricing, business restructuring, and valuation expertise to multinational companies.

The acquisition complements Ryan's International Tax expertise with additional global transfer pricing and valuation services. It also adds an experienced team of professionals to support expansion across Europe. Altus International founders, Michel Sijmonsbergen and Roderick Veldhuizen, join the firm's international tax leadership team and will play a significant role in the continued growth of the practice.
