The awards are part of the
Scholarships are awarded to three groups of students: High school seniors going on to major in accounting, college juniors majoring in accounting, and college seniors entering an accounting graduate program.
"We are excited to see so many promising students who could potentially enter the accounting profession," said Ralph Albert Thomas, CEO and executive director of the NJCPA, per a statement. "The NJCPA is proud to be part of a program that makes the road to college education easier through the generous donations of our members."
The 57th Annual Scholarship Award Ceremony will be held Tuesday, April 25 in Edison, NJ, wherein the recipients will also meet with local CPAs and heads of statewide accounting firms.
