Heather McGee, a senior manager at Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman LLP, was elected second vice president of the Community College Internal Auditors Board. … David Downing has joined the financial software company, BlackLine Systems, as the chief marketing officer. Prior to BlackLine, Downing was the CMO of cloud Enterprise Resource Planning leader NetSuite. In this new role, he will be responsible for driving BlackLine’s global marketing strategy as the company seeks to capitalize on the growing worldwide demand for solutions that drive greater efficiency, financial governance and risk management across the spectrum of financial operations.

Rob Wheeler has been elected to succeed Dave Katri as president and CEO of Clark Nuber effective October 1, 2014. Wheeler has been with Clark Nuber for 29 years and has been a shareholder for 14 years. During his tenure as a shareholder, he has headed the firm’s tax department, which has grown significantly under his leadership. He has also served on the firm’s Management Board and has been very active in community and professional activities.
