SuiteBox offers real-time e-signing capability for virtual meetings

SuiteBox, which makes technology for the digital workspace, has debuted its e-signing function that allows electronic document signing to occur live during a virtual meeting of up to four people. SuiteBox’ platform can be white labeled for firms, and can integrate with clients’ core customer relationship management or banking platforms.

“This new functionality allows for a meeting host and up to three participants to meet together to virtually witness, sign and collaborate on documents in real time, in a safe and secure cyber environment,” said SuiteBox CEO Ian Dunbar in a statement.

SuiteBox’s digital workspace technology is designed to allow professionals to meet clients digitally in a secure way to discuss documents – and now sign them – and then store the documents back in a location of the client’s choice.
