Templeton to Implement Crowe Horwath’s CRM System

Crowe Horwath LLP, one of the biggest accounting and consulting firms in the U.S., has chosen Templeton Solutions to help configure and implement its Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system for its offices across the country.

Templeton Solutions is the technology services division of another CPA firm, Templeton & Company, a West Palm Beach, Fla.-based firm that is part of the BDO Seidman Alliance. Templeton’s team will configure the CRM system to enhance Crowe’s nationwide business development systems and information processes. The project begins this month and is expected to roll out next summer.

"We look forward to working with Crowe Horwath to configure and implement CRM to meet its objectives," said Chris Gryskiewicz, senior project manager and executive vice president with Templeton Solutions, in a statement.

Crowe, which is based in Oak Brook Terrace, Ill., picked Templeton because of its experience with both CRM and professional service firms. "After Crowe conducted an extensive search and review process, Templeton Solutions was the clear choice," said Dave Keever, a principal in Crowe's Performance Consulting group and executive sponsor of the firm's CRM project. "Because of its long history of providing successful CRM systems and providing tailored CRM systems for professional services firm, we know that our new CRM system will drive enhanced customer relationships and we look forward to working with Templeton on this project.”

“We believe that Microsoft CRM’s ‘digital nervous system’ provides the right platform for professional services firms to collect, report, and present critical firm and client information in a single log-in and familiar user interface—Outlook,” said Steve Templeton, CPA, founder of Templeton Solutions.
