Thomson Reuters Starts Tax and Accounting Newsletter

Thomson Reuters has launched a bimonthly newsletter for tax and accounting professionals.

The newsletter is written by the company’s Checkpoint Learning and Bisk CPEasy team. It aims to help readers stay informed about corporate tax and accounting news, and provide industry updates and insights.

Thomson Reuters' newsletter will cover a variety of subjects of interest to corporate tax and accounting professionals. Topics in the inaugural issue included crowdfunding, Obamacare, accumulated other comprehensive income, and standard mileage rates. The April issue covers cyber crime, capital budget and management, tax extenders legislation, and strategy and security in the cloud.

“We are excited to introduce this newsletter as an additional informational resource for our readers,” said Ken Koskay, senior vice president of learning solutions in the Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters, in a statement. “It can be difficult to stay up-to-date on all of the latest tax and accounting news developments. This newsletter will bring the news directly to readers’ inboxes.”

The newsletter is available to all tax and accounting professionals. For more information and to subscribe, visit http://cl.thomsonreuters.com/NewsAndUpdates/CorpNews.
