ZipBooks now offers standalone bookkeeping product

ZipBooks has launched a standalone bookkeeping service that connect clients with live bookkeepers.

The customer’s dedicated bookkeeper will perform bank reconciliations prepare income statements, balance sheets, and all financial reports, according to ZipBooks.

Users who transition from a different bookkeeping service will have the data migration taken care of by ZipBooks.

The accounting software company has offered a version of this service in the past, but not on a large scale. This release can be described as ZipBooks Bookkeeping coming out of beta, according to a spokesperson for the company.

The simple bookkeeping plan starts at $125 a month and includes a personal bookkeeper, ZipBooks accounting, invoicing and time tracking software, bookkeeping and financial statements, expert bookkeeping advice, and online chat support.

The multiple classifications plan starts at $145 a month and includes everything in simple bookkeeping plus the ability to tag or track multiple locations, business units, or classifications, individual and consolidated financial statements, and comparison financial statements across all classes.

The top tier plan, vendor and 1099 preparation, includes everything in simple bookkeeping plus the ability to tag or tracks individual vendor payments, and 1099 reporting and preparation.
