Fashion & Finance: Sales, steals & deals in the new year

[IMGCAP(1)]Smart and savvy shoppers know the best times to pick up fabulous steals and deals—and the end of the holiday season is one of those times to shop and save money. While my firm is just starting to head into the busy season, and our CPAs are readying themselves for longer hours, providing top service to their clients, there most likely won’t be a lot of time to get out and go shopping to take advantage of the many deals out there.

That’s why the internet is so great. You can add to your wardrobe without ever leaving your house! After a long day at the office, it may be a nice idea to make something delicious to eat, or prepare a hot cup of coffee, hot chocolate or tea, and then settle down with your laptop or in front of your PC, and take advantage of what’s on sale this time of year.

Even if something doesn’t fit or look as you expected when it arrives, most online retailers offer simple and easy return policies, so it’s not a problem if you don’t get what you want the first time around.

I’ve taken a look out there and come up with some cool steals and deals that may be worth a look. A lot of the promotions listed include items that will be great additions to work wardrobes, and also good for the chilly winter season.
