ADP has enhanced its year-old program for accountants with increased feedback from advisory boards, accountants, and clients, as well as added new programs and features, and premiered a portal for accountants. New features on RUN include the ability to restrict access to client data to individual users within the same firm, and the ability for accountants to enter client payroll information directly or have their small-business manager do it.

Additional services include integration with ADP Pay-by-Pay Premium Payment Program for Workers' Comp, and enhanced pay options, including direct deposit and debit cards. Another addition is standard checks that are drawn on an ADP account, thereby limiting the potential of fraud and helping employees who don't have bank accounts. There is also access to 401(k) and SIMPLE retirement plans.

ADP's accountants site, www.smallbusiness.adp.com/accountants, also offers content from CCH and BNA, as well as other sources.

Planned additions to the site include access to a "perks" program of discounts on entertainment and general merchandise, as well as on B-to-B products.
