Selling and supporting NetSuite is a subscription business model, therefore we have invested heavily in Client Nurturing and view our client relationships with great respect. Customer satisfaction is utmost and we provide this with experienced consultants who take the time to meet with clients in-person with local support, combined with modern remote support for high quality, efficient services delivery.

How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?

Our progression has been steady, and we were listed on the Inc. 5000 list multiple times in recent years. We have built a reputation of quality, resulting in high client retention and new client activity. Being in the NetSuite ecosystem for 14 years, we have a high percentage of clients that personally refer us to others. What opportunities do you see in the market?

Consumers and businesses alike will continue to see more products and services being offered as a subscription. Another phenomenon we are seeing is the need for automation. Clients want to automate all business processes from a general scale to very particular processes. An example is the contract billing module we built, which many clients use to automate thousands of invoices and payments per month. As NetSuite continues to grow and expand, we will have exposure to broader markets. Meeting requirements for customizations, development and integrations will always be appreciated from clients.
