Brian Greehan leads market strategy for Commercial and Government Prepaid Card Disbursements, tasked with understanding changing market dynamics and ensuring that the Bank provides the vision, products and services to meet these evolving needs. Since joining Bank of America in 2010, Brian has been actively engaged with new customers and prospects, new disbursement types, and complex implementations. In addition, Brian works closely with existing customers to drive further efficiencies and greater cardholder experiences for their respective programs. Prior to joining Bank of America, Brian served as Vice President, Prepaid Product for the Americas, at MasterCard Worldwide. Brian focused on U.S. Public Sector, working across Federal and State agencies and with the leading financial institutions in the U.S. During his tenure with MasterCard, Brian managed the prepaid relationship with the U.S. Department of the Treasury Financial Management Service, overseeing the U.S. Direct Express Card expansion the largest government disbursement card program in the world. In addition, Brian served as the primary program manager for benefit disbursements including unemployment insurance, child support and programs that offered multiple benefits on a single network-branded card.
