Bruce has 23 years of experience in fixed income and credit markets across numerous sectors including, corporate, financial, municipal, utility, oil and gas, petrochemical, healthcare, media, telecom, and shipping. Prior to NewOak, Bruce was a consultant to BlackRock in connection with the evaluation of the multi-billion Euro and Pounds Sterling credit portfolios in the Irish Banking System, and before that led U.S. Debt Capital Markets and leverage loan trading at Fortis Securities. He received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
