Eric Lancaster currently serves as the Head of Digital Marketing and Customer Analytics Technology at M&T Bank.� His responsibilities include leading digital marketing across M&T Bank and Wilmington Trust, promoting and increasing adoption of online services and overseeing an enterprise effort to install a Master Data Management and Customer Database solution.� Mr. Lancaster recently led the communications effort to convert over 1MM customers to a new online banking platform.�Eric joined M&T Bank in 2009 as the Head of Digital and Direct marketing.� Since 2009, M&T’s digital and direct marketing budgets have grown by 400%.� At the same time, Mr. Lancaster has brought a disciplined approach to testing and measurement in each of these channels.�Prior to M&T, Eric was Vice President of Marketing for Valvoline Instant Oil Change and spent 13 years at Capital One in various marketing and product management leadership roles including the launch of Capital One’s initial virtual bank in 1997.
