Dr. Hinrich Schuetze is the chief scientist at Enkata Technologies, Inc. (www.enkata.com), a leading provider of industry-specific software solutions that support the discovery of breakthrough improvement opportunities in core business processes. At Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC), Schuetze developed a scalable approach to semantic analysis of natural language based on associational analysis. Schuetze has taught information retrieval and natural language processing at Stanford University and is also a consultant to the school's Medical Informatics group. He has published two books on natural language processing using mathematical techniques and is the author of a dozen issued and pending patents.
