Lisa Zuckerman joined Dignity Health in December, 2006 as Vice President, Treasury Services. Dignity Health is one of the largest health systems in the U.S., with 39 hospitals in California, Arizona and Nevada. Lisa’s responsibilities include management of Dignity Health’s nearly $7 billion investment portfolio, as well as debt and capital structure management, and oversight of cash management functions. CHW has $4.3 billion in debt outstanding, and a swap portfolio with a notional amount of roughly $940 million.Prior to joining Dignity Health, Lisa Zuckerman spent ten years at Standard & Poor’s Corporation, most recently as a director in Standard & Poor’s San Francisco office, as health care sector leader for the western region. Lisa served on the Board of the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA), and is past chair of the California Society of Municipal Analysts. Before joining Standard & Poor’s in 1996, Lisa worked as a budget analyst for the City and County of San Francisco, and as a consultant to local governments throughout California, specializing in county hospitals and health departments. Prior to attending graduate school, Lisa worked in public and corporate finance with major investment banking firms.Lisa holds a Masters in Public Policy from U.C. Berkeley and a B.A. from Harvard University.
