Mr. De Ghenghi is a partner and a member of the firm�s financial institutions group. His practice focuses on bank regulatory advice, including Dodd-Frank Act regulatory implementation, and M&A and capital markets transactions for U.S. and non-U.S. banks and other financial institutions. In the area of regulatory implementation, he is experienced in advising on regulatory capital issues, including Basel III, and the preparation of living wills.He is experienced in advising banks and other financial institutions on corporate governance and compliance matters, bank insolvency issues, government investigations and enforcement actions, cross-border collateral transactions, and clearance and settlement systems. He has also advised financial institutions, private equity funds and investment in banks and investment banks on M&A transactions, including Green Dot, Morgan Stanley, Sanpaolo IMI, SJB Escrow Corp., and to the financial adviser to East West Bancorp. Mr. De Ghenghi holds a B.A. from McGill University, a B.A. in Law from the University of Oxford, and his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law.
