Neal Dittersdorf is an experienced legal counsel in the fields of information technology, financial services technology, identity management, data protection and privacy regulation.� He was the general counsel for a combined sixteen years at companies providing innovative financial services technology and data solutions, including consumer lending technology, an online automotive loan origination platform, consumer identity protection services, and global employment background screening.� He also has been a partner and counsel in the technology and intellectual property law practices at national law firms, and a Trial Attorney with the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.Neal is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US, a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the Association of Corporate Counsel, and was on the Advisory Board for the Association of Corporate Counsel Foundation’s 2015 State of Cybersecurity Survey.� He graduated from Brandeis University and the New York University School of Law.
