Vice President, Data Governance and QualityPam is currently engaged as Vice President, Data Governance and Data Quality for the Office of the Chief Data Officer at TD Bank.� As part of the start-up team for the Chief Data Office, she is focused on developing and defining elements in support of TD's implementation of its Enterprise Data Strategy and Capabilities. Pam is a strong advocate that Data Stewardship is a foundational concept that reinforces Enterprise Data Governance. In her present role, she supports and provides leadership for TD's Data Steward Community in operationalizing TD's Enterprise Data Capabilities.Ms. Basil has 6+ years of experience in Data Governance with increasingly senior roles in the healthcare and financial industries.� That experience includes evaluating governance, quality, and data management solutions at a program level as well as at an enterprise scope - with a focus on long term return on investment.�� Pam has previously presented and served on expert panels at DAMA Chapters.� Her core competencies are Data Governance, Data Quality, Meta Data, Reference Data Management, and Problem Management Resolution.� Pam is the VP of Membership for the Board of Directors of DAMA Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter and a member of DAMA International.� She has received undergraduate degrees from Georgian Court University and Ocean County University, and working towards a CDMP.
