Temie Seibert

Executive Director

September "Temie" Seibert began her career in the insurance industry in 1974. She has held numerous marketing positions, beginning with Marketing Executive for Group Health Cooperative, a Seattle-based consumer-governed health care system with over 500,000 members. She then became Supervisor of Health and Welfare Plans for PACCAR, Inc., a multinational technology company that manufactures heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth and Peterbilt nameplates.In 1989, she expanded her marketing and management experience into property and casualty insurance. For 11 years, she held the position of Executive Director of Associated Risk Managers (ARM) of the Northwest, a marketing association that comprised independent insurance agencies throughout Washington and Idaho. In 2000, she became Executive Director of IMCA and oversees operations with a primary focus on communications, marketing and the strategic planning process.Temie is actively involved in the American Society of Association Executives and has obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. In 2002, she was listed in the First Annual "100 Most Powerful People in the Insurance Industry - North America," by the Insurance-Letter, an online news service serving the insurance industry.
