Teri L. Strahine

Teri L. Strahine is Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for Integrity Financial Partners, Inc, a leading collector of pre and post charged off consumer debt based in Overland Park, Kansas. With 35 years of industry experience, Strahine is responsible for the company’s overall sales, marketing, and customer service strategies. She is one of the eight owner/ managers involved in the day to day operations of the company and has been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth in the bank and retail card sectors.Prior to becoming a founding equity owner of Integrity Financial Partners, Strahine held various senior management positions at Payco and United Creditors Alliance, and was a founding equity owner of Encore Receivable Management. Encore Receivable Management grew to exceed annual revenues of $75 million in under four years when it was sold to Convergys in May 2004.Strahine received her BA in Education from The Ohio State University.
