Troy Anthony is a vice president on KeyBank’s Community Bank Product and Specialty Programs team, with responsibility for a number of KeyBank products and services, including: Relationship Rewards, consumer checking, debit and prepaid cards, fees, and specialty payment services, such as foreign exchange, official bank checks, payroll services and more. Troy joined KeyBank in August 1998, as a senior consultant for the bank’s Strategic Consulting Services unit, whereby he managed a variety of Six Sigma projects that improved results in both operations and lines of business. In 2000, he transitioned to Key’s Product Management team and acquired responsibility for the bank’s consumer checking portfolio. The role permitted him to successfully launch several new checking products with features and competitive pricing that drove client acquisition and revenue growth. His responsibilities later expanded to include fees and savings/CDs. Since early 2011, Troy has led the Payment Products team. In this role, he launched an entirely revamped rewards program for the bank, based on the concept of relationship banking. Prior to joining KeyBank, Troy was a quality manager for Honda of America, a recognized leader in producing high quality automobiles, such as the Honda Accord and Civic at factories located in Ohio. Building internal partnerships and delivering a relationship-based value proposition to clients is the foundation of Troy’s approach. He is a graduate of Ohio University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A., as well as a graduate of The BAI Graduate School of Retail Banking.
