The American Institute of CPAs named Anna Maria Cicirello, senior manager with KPMG’s forensic practice in Toronto, as the Forensic and Litigation Services Volunteer of the Year and Michelle Gallagher, owner and operator of Gallagher Valuation & Forensics and principal at Gallagher, Flintoff & Klein in Lansing, Mich., as the Business Valuation Volunteer of the Year, at the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Conference in Las Vegas. Also at the conference, the AICPA announced the 20 young CPAs who received the third annual Forensic and Valuation Services Standing Ovation for significant contributions in their accounting specialty areas and in their communities.
