Therese Tucker, CEO of BlackLine, Los Angeles, was named CEO of the Year at the 16th Annual Women in Business Awards presented yesterday by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal, which honors outstanding achievements by women business leaders as selected by the journal’s reporters and editors.

Stephen Hamlet was appointed chief executive officer of global accounting and business advisory firm network Russell Bedford International, replacing Alan Bezzant, who is retiring after four years in the role. Hamlet was most recently chief executive at global association IAPA International and before that, regional executive director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for BKR International.
