Novato, Calif. (Aug. 10, 2004) -- Accounting software maker AccountMate Software Corp. and manufacturing software developer TIW Technology Inc. have teamed in a joint marketing pact.

The agreement will include joint involvement in such things as seminars, internal and external training sessions, shared demo opportunities, leveraging strengths in marketing literature, and assurance of tight configuration of links within the products. TIW's WorkShop family of manufacturing shop floor control products are integrated with AccountMate's LAN and SQL accounting systems.

“This partnership adds value to what our resellers can offer to their manufacturing customers, and it will encourage AccountMate resellers to sign up as TIW dealers and vice-versa," said Donna DeRosa, AccountMate's director of product management. "This allows for continued direct contact with both industry leaders.” DeRosa noted that manufacturing has always been one of AccountMate's largest groups of installed clients.

“As various joint marketing programs are formalized and rolled out, our resellers will get the announcements and can make contact directly with TIW or through AccountMate depending on the program and the ‘call to action.’ From both AccountMate and TIW, resellers will see more collaborative marketing materials, expanded exposure at seminars, and more leads,” says DeRosa.

There free program is open to all AccountMate resellers.
