Looking to boost your recruiting pipeline? Try an e-mail recruiting newsletter, which can put you in front of a huge number of potential staff. You can write your own, or personalize one from a vendor. Some tips:Build your list. Set a goal for the number of new e-mail addresses to be added each month.
Send it everywhere. It should go to staff and their spouses, your clients' controllers, college professors, accounting associations and state societies, former employees, and, of course, as many college students as you can find, as early as you can find them.
Make it personal. Profile staff and new hires, and focus on why your firm is a good place to work.
Find out if it works. Check with new hires to see if they got it, and what they liked about it.
