Armanino now provides Workiva Wdesk to its clients

Top 100 firm Armanino will now be offering Workiva Wdesk, a cloud-based enterprise management and auditing software-as-a-service platform.

The partnership between the firm and Workiva is aimed at helping Armanino customers collaborate in real time on internal controls, addressing errors and version control issues and streamlining the overall compliance process. The firm will offer Wdesk in the areas of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal controls, internal audit and other governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes.

Wdesk incorporates permission controls so administrators can control access at all levels so that users can create, edit and review data and documents that only relate to them. This feature also enables users to grant access to their external auditors, outside counsel and other consultants.

“Our partnership will help companies of all sizes realize more business value from their SOX and GRC programs,” said Matt Rizai, chairman and CEO of Workiva, in a statement. “By working together, we will help CFOs gain insights, make data-driven decisions and ultimately drive better business outcomes.”

Armanino was ranked no. 23 on Accounting Today’s Top 100 Firms list for 2017, with net revenue of $195 million.
