Arxis Technology merges with RKL eSolutions

Technology consulting firm and Sage Intacct premier partner Arxis Technology announced it is merging with customized IT services provider and fellow Sage partner RKL eSolutions, effective Jan. 1, 2018.

The combination will include 100 employees in more than 20 states, and bring together Arxis Technology's portfolio of technology offerings, including Sage ERP, Sage Intacct, Adaptive Insights and AvidXchange, with RKL’s full suite of Sage solutions, along with its range of offerings as a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner. RKL eSolutions is a sister company of Pennsylvania-based Top 100 Firm RKL LLP.

The merger will also enable Simi Valley, Calif.-based Arxis, which ranked No. 82 on Accounting Today’s 2017 VAR 100 list, to provide more consulting resources to a wider geographic reach, and add solutions for manufacturing and distributions clients, such as Sage X3. RKL will gain additional expertise in ERP consulting, cloud solutions and SaaS, and in the entertainment and professional services industries.

“The combined potential of RKL + Arxis is amazing,” said Arxis principal David Cieslak in a statement. “We share the same core values and commitment to customer success. Together, we’re better positioned than ever to assist in the success of growing mid-market customers and I can’t wait to be part of it!”

RKL eSolutions, which ranked No. 33 on Accounting Today’s 2017 VAR 100 with $15 million in revenue, is headquartered in Lancaster, Pa., and has 14 office locations.

“We knew we needed a proven solution to offer organizations in entertainment, professional services, nonprofit and SaaS industries,” said RKL eSolutions president Joe Noll. “To us, this merger builds on the investment we made in September when we added Sage Intacct to our practice. The addition of the collective experience from Arxis will accelerate our ability to help organizations transform accounting and finance in the cloud. I’m looking forward to great success ahead for us and our clients.”

“The synergy between RKL and Arxis is truly uncanny,” stated Arxis principal Bob Gaby. “The way each organization’s strengths complement each other enables the new RKL to be an even more strategic resource for our current and future clients. We will be better together.”
