Baker Tilly holds 2017 'Stewardship Day'

Earlier this month, Top 100 Firm Baker Tilly saw staff in nearly 30 cities hold their second annual Stewardship Day, in which professionals spent a full day volunteering at over 70 charitable organizations.

On August 2, staff engaged in a variety of activities to give back to their respective communities, including painting classrooms in New Jersey, reading and playing with children at a Milwaukee charter school, and making over 5,300 sandwiches for families in New York City.

“Stewardship is a core value at Baker Tilly, and our team members believe in being good stewards of our clients, firm and communities,” stated Alan Whitman, chairman and CEO. “Stewardship Day brings all of our people together to live that value and to collaborate, serve and make a difference.”

Baker Tilly has approximately 2,700 employees in 26 offices around the country.
