2) What makes you successful?
We offer a local, personalized approach to all our NetSuite implementation & customizations offering a long-term commitment clients are looking for in a business partner. We create customized NetSuite configurations and solutions tailored to specific business needs. We run a formal NetSuite User Group for the New York Tri-State region that provides NetSuite users a forum to share knowledge, best practices, and technical solutions.
3) How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?
Business Solution Partners has been growing steadily with over 300 clients nation-wide. Its headquartered in Long Island, NY with a strong presence in New York Tri-State area. We opened our California office last year to support our clients on the west coast. Our growth has been a result of our local presence as well as in-depth expertise in financial systems. We also help companies with financial planning, budgeting and forecasting using Adaptive Insights, and provide Financial Close Management and Automation functions through Blackline. We continue to grow by providing local, personalized service and offering best of bread cloud-based business solutions.
4) What opportunities do you see in the market?
We have been early adopters of the NetSuite cloud-based business management solution. Today more and more companies are making the shift to the cloud as they are able to rapidly deploy business applications without heavy investment in hardware. The upgrades are painless and the system is available anywhere and on any device, with all departments working off the single unified database. Thus companies can make critical business decisions quickly and accurately. We also see a large opportunity in businesses that are in growth mode and need systems that can help manage multiple subsidiaries and global operations.
