Carr, Riggs, & Ingram, a 35-partner firm with annual revenue of roughly $39 million has joined six other firms of $15 million up in a new Chicago-based global CPA alliance. Formed late last year, the new organization bills itself as providing an alternative for larger firms to "leverage their resources and share best practices." In addition to Carr, Riggs & Ingram, current members of the as-yet-unnamed association include such firms as Wipfli; Goodman & Co; Mahoney Cohen & Co.; Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt; Rea & Associates Inc.; and Armanino McKenna. Founded in 1997, Carr, Riggs & Ingram has a total of 340 employees and 12 offices in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
