Worcester, Mass. (Oct. 29, 2003) -- Carlin, Charron & Rosen, a large CPA firm here, named 30-year Andersen veteran Wayne D. Mackie as partner-in-charge of CCR’s Audit Practice Group.
At Andersen, Mackie was senior partner and chaired a firm-wide committee on emerging high tech and software issues.
For several years, Mackie headed the Boston office of Andersen’s Small Business and Technology Industry Practice and also performed a number of practice management consulting assignments.
Mackie is a board member and a member of the audit committee at Novell Inc. He also serves on the board at the Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary.
