Certify, which makes travel and expense management software, has partnered with nuTravel Technology Solutions to create a new offering for mid-sized and large businesses, Certify Enterprise Travel.

The new solution integrates with several travel management company (TMC) software that businesses may use, and offers single sign-on capabilities. Certify Enterprise Travel also features automated receipt integration.

Certify plans to leverage nuTravel's TMC reseller network to create more software integrations so businesses can use Certify Enterprise Travel without breaking their relationship with their TMC of choice.

Certify was acquired last month by K1 Investment Management in a deal that combined Nexonia, Tallie, and ExpenseWatch as wholly owned subsidiaries of Certify Travel and Expense. Nexonia has been working with nuTravel as a fully integrated travel and expense solution since 2014.

“By partnering with nuTravel, Certify is able to deliver a comprehensive suite of features and integrated technologies that have become essential for the largest companies and their TMC partners in today's global marketplace,” said Certify CEO Robert Neveu in a statement. “Certify now also has more flexibility to integrate with any travel management company to truly create customized end-to-end travel booking and expense management solutions at any scale."
