Change of Auditors: Jan. 25 - Feb. 8, 2004

Sutter Holding Co. Hires BDO Seidman: San Francisco-based Sutter Holding Co. hired BDO Seidman as its auditor, replacing Regalia & Associates, which resigned.

According to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Regalia & Associates told the company’s board that it would resign after the firm had audited Sutter’s fiscal 2002 financial statements, citing an inability to deliver an adequate level of client services as a result of the Sarbanes-Oxley act.

There were no reported disagreements between Sutter and Regalia on any matters of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedure, the filing said.

SkyWay Retains Kingery, Crouse & Hohl: SkyWay Communications Holdings Corp., an in-flight communications concern, has hired Kingery Crouse & Kohl as its independent accountant, replacing Pritchett, Siler & Hardy PC.

In September, SkyWay hired Pritchett, Siler & Hardy to replace Seligson & Giannattasio LLP.

In a regulatory filing, the company did not indicate why the decision was made to replace Pritchett, Siler & Hardy, saying only that the change was approved by the company’s board.

SkyWay said that none of Pritchett’s reports on its financials contained any adverse opinion or disclaimers of opinion in audit scope or accounting principles, with the exception of a going-concern qualification.

Point Group Hires Smith & Co.: Management services provider Point Group Holdings Inc. hired Smith & Co. as its independent accountant, following the resignation of incumbent auditor Beckstead & Watts LLP.

According to a Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Beckstead & Watts doubted the company’s ability to continue as a going concern in Point Group’s financial statements. Point Group said that it didn’t have any disagreements with Beckstead & Watts.
