Raleigh, N.C. (July 22, 2003) -- Large regional firm Dixon-Odom has merged the firm of Clark-McNairy into its Raleigh office, effective July 1.

Established in 1987, Raleigh-based Clark-McNairy provides tax, audit, payroll and consulting services to small and medium sized for-profit and not-for-profit entities.

As a result of the merger, Dixon Odom now has a staff of roughly 500 with 16 offices in six states.

Dixon Odom ranked No. 34 on Accounting Today’s 2003 Top 100 firms list with annual revenues of $44.6 million.
