New York (May 24, 2004) -- Big Four firm Deloitte & Touche appointed 18-year firm veteran James Reichbach as the national industry leader for its banking and finance practice, effective immediately.
In his new role, he will oversee all D&T’s banking and financial functions such as assurance, tax, consulting and financial advisory services and assumes responsibility for strategic development, client strategies and quality service for the banking and financial unit. In addition Reichbach will continue in his current capacity as global lead partner for Deloitte client Deutsche Bank.
Prior to assuming his current role, Reichbach led Deloitte Consulting’s global banking and securities practice. He also spearheaded Deloitte’s financial institutions practice in Central and Eastern Europe.
