FAF posts annual report on FASB and GASB

The Financial Accounting Foundation has published its annual report on the Financial Accounting Standards Board and the Governmental Accounting Standards Board it oversees.

The report is available in print, PDF, and interactive digital versions. The interactive, mobile-adapted version of the report also includes new videos and lists of all the FASB and GASB advisory group members, including the Emerging Issues Task Force and the Private Company Council.

The theme of the annual report is “Standards That Work,” highlighting how FASB and GASB make sure standards work for all their constituents. The report also highlights how the FAF supports the boards and the standard-setting process.

The report includes letters from leaders of FASB, GASB and the FAF, along with infographics on activities outreach efforts. There’s also a management discussion and analysis of the audited financial statements for 2017 that have previously been posted on the FAF website.
