FEI elects New Officer Slate

Florham Park, N.J. (July 2, 2003) -- Financial Executives International, a 15,000-member trade group comprised of CFOs controllers and treasurers, elected a new slate of officers for 2003-2004.

Elected as FEI chairman was H. Stephen Grace, Ph.D., principal of Houston-based financial consultancy H.S. Grace & Co. He has been a member of FEI since 1970.

Mary Jo Green, senior vice president and treasurer of Sony Corp. in New York, will serve as vice chair.

Michael Nemser a Pittsburgh-based financial consultant, and Richard Schrader, executive vice president and chief financial officer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, will serve as presidents-at-large.

M. Alexis Dow, auditor, Metro of Portland (Ore.), will serve as treasurer, while Robert Walker, retired CFO of Agilent Technologies, was elected as secretary.

The newly elected officers will each serve one-year terms effective July 1.
