Morristown, N.J. (July 3, 2002) -- Financial Executives International, a large trade group representing chief financial officers, treasurers and controllers based here, has elected a new slate of officers.
Ridge A. Braunschweig, chief financial officer at Grafton, Wis.-based Orion Corp., will serve as chairman. He has been a member of FEI since 1983.
H. Stephen Grace, president, H.S. Grace and Co., Houston, is the new FEI vice chairman.
Mary Jo Green, senior vice president and treasurer, Sony Corp. of America, New York, and Michael F. Nemser, CFO, AEI Resources Inc. in Pittsburgh, are vice presidents at large.
Robert Walker, retired CFO at Agilent Technologies, will serve as treasurer, while M. Alexis Dow, auditor of Metro in Portland, Ore., will serve as secretary.
Their one-year terms began July 1.
