Q&A with Eric Casazza, CEO

1) How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?
The success that we’ve experienced over the past 21 years has been a result of the close relationships we maintain with our customers, and really understanding what they need to be successful. As a solution provider, our goal is to continue to evolve our practices and offerings so that we can remain a one stop shop for our clients’ technology needs. FMT currently has strong presence in Southern California, and we plan to continue to expand into other geographic locations, taking on new customers and offering unparalleled support to our existing client base.
2) What opportunities do you see in the market?
We recognize that more companies are making the shift to the cloud and looking for flexibility when evaluating new solutions. Additionally, clients are requesting a comprehensive platform that connects all of their operations across customer engagement, finance, and operations. The importance of having everyone in the organization accessing and working off of the same system is becoming more critical. As clients continue to grow their operations, we see that they are expanding into the global market, and looking for solutions that will help support those efforts.
3) Why did you join the NetSuite Solution Provider Program over other vendor partner programs?
FMT was originally attracted to NetSuite because of its strong cloud offering and market momentum.
We could not find any competing products out there that offered the same wide-breadth functionality in a cloud application as NetSuite, and we knew that taking it on would be a strong fit for our customers’ diverse needs. The ability to quickly ramp up and launch a NetSuite practice played a key role as well. NetSuite supported our efforts with training, funding, and a hands on relationship that you don’t see with other providers.
