FreshBooks is rebuilt, adds 65+ apps and integrations

FreshBooks, which in September 2016 started providing a simple accounting platform targeted at the self-employed market, has been completely rebuilt and redesigned, according to the company, and now offers more than 65 apps and software integrations.

Google G Suite, Stripe, Hubspot, Fundbox and Bench are some of the apps that now integrate with FreshBooks. The app partners were all chosen, according to FreshBooks, to provide small business owners with ways to save time and get paid faster, and to expand their options for automating workflow and reducing administrative tasks.

Other apps and integrations available with the new FreshBooks include connector tools such as Zapier and OneSaas; CRM and marketing software such as Salesforce and MailChimp; and project management products such as Basecamp, Trello and Asana. These apps now appear on a redesigned integrations page with enhanced search capabilities.

FreshBooks, whose software is designed to send invoices, track time, manage expenses and get paid online, is in operation across 160 countries, the company reports.

“Our mission at FreshBooks is to reshape the world to suit the needs of self-employed professionals and their teams,” said Mike McDerment, co-founder and CEO of FreshBooks, in a statement. “Our recently redesigned platform was a big step forward to enable us to do more, faster for our customers, and that has included the rapid expansion of complementary apps and integrations. We’re proud to introduce our customers to an ecosystem of best-in-class technologies that, in addition to the FreshBooks platform, will make it even easier, simpler and faster to run a small business.”
