1.) What Qualifies Partner as the VAR of the month?
goVirtualOffice has been a full-service NetSuite provider for over 11 years. Within that timeframe the group has grown to over 25 people all with diverse backgrounds in accounting, finance, procurement, manufacturing, sales and development. Last month was an example of our proven track record helping companies select, implement and successfully grow and extend their NetSuite solution. By using the team’s expertise, goVirtualOffice has been able to finish a number of projects on time and within budget.
2.) What makes you successful?
There are two items that make goVirtualOffice successful. First, our team members have an outstanding track record of helping clients achieve their goals. We go into projects with an understanding of the endgame and keep that focus throughout every aspect. The second item is the teams’ past experience. With the depth and breadth of all our past projects, types of clients and work history, each consultant is able to bring best practices and real-world experience to a successful project completion.
3.) How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?
goVirtualOffice continues to aggressively recruit people who can bring real-world experience to the team. We recruit members who can bring value to clients’ manufacturing, accounting and sales processes. We also enhance the capabilities of established team members by providing them ongoing training and development on core NetSuite including their advanced modules. goVirtualOffice continues to grow by marketing to certain personas including professionals who manage their companies finance and accounting departments. We belong to and sponsor a number of professional groups within the AICPA, Institute of Management Accountants and Finance Executives International.
4.) What opportunities do you see in the market?
goVirtualOffice has many different types of clients, from small start-ups to large, multi-entity conglomerates. In each case all clients are looking to improve their productivity and reporting structure. Being able to connect information from different departments and make decisions based on those departments outcomes can help companies take their next step. The opportunities in the market have to do with understanding those idiosyncrasies of each organization and be able to meld them into the NetSuite platform.
