Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP is a Pittsburgh-based CPA firm that provides a full range of accounting and consulting services, including: Audit & Assurance, Tax Advisory & ComplianceBusiness Valuation & Litigation Support, Business Advisory/Management Consulting and ERP Solutions. The firm is led by six partners and employs 55 professionals who serve individuals, businesses and not-for-profit entities.

1) What qualifies Grossman Yanak & Ford LLP as the NetSuite VAR of the Month?

Our experienced, capable and committed professionals help our clients solve problems and to achieve goals; in other words we help them “play the game” rather than merely keeping score. This requires us to understand their businesses and to think strategically rather than being wed to a one-size-fits-all approach. We are a new partner and have already brought NetSuite to the forefront of the Pittsburgh area.

2) What makes you successful?

Our Pittsburgh-based ERP Solutions Group includes consultants with decades of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), accounting and business process improvements. We believe that each client is unique and we take the time to understand our clients’ business needs. We do not take lightly the trust placed in us to implement, train, and support our clients’ end users.

Our team looks beyond what software and technology can do for our clients. We focus on improving business processes with software and technology as a tool to achieve the mission and goals our clients envision. Utilizing excellent client liaison skills and drawing upon our expertise, we ensure an efficient implementation and business process improvements to increase profits and reduce costs.

3) How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?

We plan to continue our growth with our time-tested method of building trust and confidence one relationship at a time. Those we have served in the past are our best sources of new opportunities. We strive to “delight and retain” our clients by consistently delivering excellent service and showing respect for our clients by seeking to understand their businesses and objectives rather than imposing predetermined solutions.

4) What opportunities do you see in the market?

We see excellent opportunities in Pittsburgh and in our region. We believe that our region is hungry for solid cloud-based solutions paired with trusted implementation experts. We recently started a Pittsburgh Area NetSuite User Group to provide a forum for NetSuite users to share and learn about best practices in process and implementation of NetSuite. The goal of the group is to share in their discoveries with one another and network within the NetSuite community. This group is growing in members just in the past six months.
