1) What qualifies your company as the VAR of the month?

2) What makes your company successful?

The team. We have an in-house team of over 90 employees, supported by a dedicated management team. Together, we deliver an unprecedented level of customer satisfaction.

Our Sherpa Approach is a clear differentiator for our clients. One of the key concepts is to evaluate necessary project effort with a global 360 degree view, which includes resources from both the client and Gurus Solutions, define important milestones and review risk mitigation strategies in a true partnership between our companies. Throughout the project, the level of involvement of each member is monitored and can be adjusted at any time to accommodate any change that may arise.

3) How are you growing your firm? How do you plan to continue to grow?

We are focusing on serving the growing Healthcare and Life Science industry (HLS). In recent years, there has been a huge increase in the adoption of cloud technology by Life Science companies. The healthcare job market is expected to grow by 17% through 2024, and the demand for our services increases in parallel.

Gurus Solutions has been serving the HLS industry for nearly a decade. We launched a growing Life Science initiative last year, leveraging our experience to help companies meet unique industry requirements.

4) What opportunities do you see in the market?

Oracle just acquired NetSuite. This opens up tons of opportunities with the Oracle brand and reach.

Oracle and NetSuite cloud applications are complementary, and will coexist in the marketplace. Oracle intend to invest heavily in both products – engineering and distribution. NetSuite will benefit from Oracle’s global scale and reach to accelerate the availability of our cloud solutions in more industries and more countries
