Henry Horne, ePartners to Collaborate on Expanded Services

Phoenix (June 9, 2003) -- In a move to enhance its overall service offerings for small and midsized enterprise clients, Arizona’s largest CPA firm Henry & Horne is mapping plans to collaborate with major software reseller and business solutions provider ePartners Inc.

While the specifics of the relationship remained somewhat vague at press time, initial plans are to research the number of Henry & Horne clients and their respective industries that can take the most advantage of ePartners’ services, as well as the annual revenue that may be expected from this partnership.

“Our proposed collaboration with ePartners will combine Henry & Horne’s history and skill in delivering high-quality accounting services with the business solutions and customer service and support of ePartners to bring high quality IT services to small and middle market companies,” according to a statement from Henry & Horne managing partner Mark Eberle.

For Dallas-based ePartners -- a significant Microsoft Business Solutions and Best Software reseller -- the relationship is also seen as a complement to its overall business management offerings.

"As we move forward, we now have another 'go-to' provider to further add value to our growing client list," said Mike Chadwick, business development manager of ePartners Phoenix office. "ePartners has positioned itself as the safe choice for middle market companies and we believe this relationship underscores our lasting commitment to securing that objective."

Further details of the deal are expected to come later this month.
