Campbell, Calif.-(Oct. 6, 2003) -- Movaris, a provider of Sarbanes-Oxley corporate compliance software, named former RIA veteran Bill Lynch as vice president of business development.
In his new role, he will be responsible for generating new business within the accounting and consulting industries.
Prior to coming aboard Movaris, Lynch served as director of business development at Aegisoft Corp. where he was charged with product development and marketing alliances. He also spent 21 years at RIA, a Thomson business, most recently as group vice president.
Movaris’ proprietary product — Certainty — is a management-based application specifically designed to manage a company's compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
