Atlanta (Feb. 6, 2004) -- Macdonald Consulting Group, a 400-client Best Software reseller based here, has appointed Charlie Kemmerer as vice president of its customer relationship management practice.
In his new role, Kemmerer will spearhead the company’s CRM team in marketing MCG’s CRM products, such as ACT! and SalesLogix.
Kemmerer previously served as president of Kemmerer & Associates, a Best reseller based in Gainesville, Fla. He was a charter member of the SalesLogix Certified Business Partner Program and served on the Best Software CRM Division Business Partner Advisory Council as chairman of the technical support subcommittee.
