National CPA and consulting firm RSM McGladrey elevated Jeffrey D. Fago to the post of consulting leader of the firm's human resources practice. In that role, Fago, who joined RSM six years ago, will spearhead the nationwide integration of RSM's HR strategies to the firm's human resources consultants. A 20-year veteran of human resources, Fago's background includes all aspects of the HR service line, including compensation and benefits, organizational design, performance management, management development and executive search. In addition, he co-authored a book titled "Mandated Benefits: 2005 Compliance Guide." Prior to joining RSM McGladrey, Fago held a number of senior-level HR posts in the health care industry.
