Menlo Technologies, a technology services outsourcing company based in Santa Clara, Calif., has acquired Vienna, Va.-based enterprise resource planning implementation provider SSi Consulting.
The transaction was facilitated by IT ExchangeNet, a Microsoft channel mergers and acquisitions company, and the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
According to Menlo Technologies, this buy will give the company a strong business application partner; and SSi will benefit from the development, mobile application and global services delivery platform from Menlo. SSi will continue to offer ERP sales and implementations, and provide full support to their current customers.
SSi provides ERP software selection, implementation, training, design and support for accounting software products from Microsoft, Sage Intacct and Unanet. SSi Consulting offers customers certified Sage Intacct, Unanet and Microsoft Dynamics consultants. Some awards the company has amassed over the years include Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year for the Mid-Atlantic region, the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Excellence Award, and the Technology Pacesetters Award.
SSi was also listed 87th on Accounting Today’s VAR 100 list for 2017 and has been on the list in prior years as well.
“Menlo Technologies has deep global experience in enterprise-strength application development, cloud services and mobile apps,” said Menlo Technologies CEO Gary Prioste in a statement. “SSi brings a strong expertise in business applications. The combination of our companies positions us well to deliver tailored solutions to a wider range of customers.”
Added Bill Aiton, president of SSi Consulting, “Menlo is enthusiastic about SSi’s deep business applications experience and the combination is great for employees and customers. This acquisition moves SSi and Menlo to a unique position of providing solutions to customers.”
